Level 1 end-user telephone support addresses the technical and customer service needs of your end-users and is available, toll free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Level 2 Provider support grants providers access to our technical support team and offers escalation to Level 3 support engineers for critical care requests. Provider Support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 8:30PM EST and can be initiated by phone or email.
